Daylight savings today for Europe, but daylight savings time for the US doesn't start until November 6, just when NDC starts.

Be aware that normally matches are at 21h CET which is

9h for Hawaii
11h for Alaska
12h for PST
13h for MST
14h for CST
15h for EST
